​Welcome, I am Stacey.  A passionate Yoga Teacher.  I take immense pride in guiding my students to live optimally in Mind, Body and Spirit.  It is an honor to share Peace, Strength and the

"Live & Breathe with Intention" Lifestyle.  

 

My dreams and ambitions are to share and guide others to find peace and strength within themselves. I offer private one on one Services, specializing in Yoga and Corrective Fitness Solutions for Chronic Pain and Special Conditions.  I hold hands on experience in the field helping the community with their health and fitness for over 23 years.

 

I offer my very own line of Essential Oils, "Soul Peace Yoga Earth Oils".  I use the "Earth Oils" as a very important part of my holistic Yoga practice to enhance the Chakra System.  It is also my ambition to share the power and educate the use of essential oils for a Healing Yoga Practice.  I strive to have 100% Therapeutic Quality Essential Oils at an affordable price.   My endeavor is to help others enhance the quality of their life through Mind, Body and Spirit by guiding them to the tools and resources available to them.

Along with Yoga Fitness services and Soul Peace Yoga Earth Oils, there is also Soul Peace Yoga Boutique.  This is a fun collection of Yoga products Designed or hand-picked by me to enhance your Yoga Lifestyle.  I carry special gifts for the special Yogi in your life.  My endeavor is to provide the tools and resources and make them available to all people to help guide them along in their journey.  From Meditation Singing Bowls to take you to Samadhi or apparel and Earth Gems to enhance your Chakras. ​All things to "Live & Breathe with Intention"!  I love to share Yoga and I love to Share Peace.
