My name is Carolyn Jett. I have been working with Stacey since fall 2019. At first, our sessions were in my home. But because of the pandemic, we changed our sessions to an online format. Both formats have been very effective. Stacey is such a fantastic Yoga Instructor.
She is so knowledgeable and is constantly upgrading her skill sets. Her kindness and enthusiasm make each session a joy. She has guided me and challenged me as I advance my skills.

I was examined by an Orthopedic M.D. He told me I have arthritis. Once I was told surgery was my first option, I explored further.
I began doing Yoga with Stacey on the Virtual Studio and I found that it really relieved my symptoms which included hip spasms, hip pain and groin pain. My pain was so bad I wasn't able to walk or sleep.
Since doing Yoga with Stacey I no longer need ibuprofen and I am able to walk and move without pain.
