Are you wondering what is a "Chakra"? The word "Chakra" actually means wheel. This is the system that Yoga is founded on. The Chakra System is a network of channels that house the energy wheels in our body. Just like wheels, they spin. When they are spinning, they are open and aligned and our physical body and emotions feel grounded and secure. Ok, so what does this have to do with Essential Oils? Each Oil has a unique property and aroma. Each energy center houses different emotions we feel and events in our unique individual life that energetically imprints into our body. Each oil gives off a scent to our brain that helps activate those emotions. Which in turn helps to activate and align the Chakra.
